How do I place an order?
  • Select a category - Choose the product of your choice
  • Please note: -Fabric / material/colour / style / length / fit -Refer tsize guide -Warranty -SKU Code -Check the expected delivery time by entering your Pin code on the right More accurate, detailed information about your items will be communicated via SMS/Email once you have placed an order
  • Carefully enter your shipping address
  • Check the final price {Shipping charges}. Select one of the payment options ( Prepaid, Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card) YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!
  • You will now receive a confirmation mail and a SMS from Buyforchoice Team .
How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your address which you are mentioned while placing the order.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed,you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from us. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?

Yes if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone. Do call us.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

  • Net Banking 2-4 business days
  • Debit Card 5-7 business days
  • Credit Card 7-21 business days
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to Buyforchoice Credits deducted from my Account?

In case your order is not successful. If it has been deducted from your account money has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund within 3 days.

How do I check the status of my order?

Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an sms and an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
  • If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
  • If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of Prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any BFC Credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account.
  • For certain product categories such as Furniture once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. This is also indicated on the individual product pages. In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.
How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?

We encourage you try the items you bought, however please ensure the product is left in a re-saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing. Please note that all categories are not returnable.

Do you allow exchanges ?

Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers too. Please read up our exchange policies for details.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.

Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?

All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Jabong. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?
  • In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on support@buyforchoice.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.
Do you accept International Card?

Yes. We are one of the very few online shopping sites in India that doesn't create geographical boundaries in the world of fashion

  • Your Billing Address should be the same as your Shipping Address in India. This does not in anyway affect the success of your transaction.
  • There may be an internal upper limit on the amount of international transaction fixed by our Payment Gateway Partner which changes from time to time and the same is not disclosed to Jabong. This is to provide a safe and secure shopping experience to our customers.

How long will my order take to arrive?

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

Are there any shipping charges?

We offers absolutely free shipping on most products in India. On products belonging to us, nominal shipping charges which are applicable. To avoid paying shipping charges, just buy this product along with anything else from our website

Why is the delivery time different for different products?
  • Some products in our catalogue are directly shipped from these partner locations. These are marked as "Sold by Partner" and usually take 5-8 business days to reach your doorstep.
  • Some products in our catalogue are heavy or bulky and shipped through our surface logistics partner. These orders may usually take 12-15 business days and their delivery may not be possible at a few select locations.
  • Some furniture category items in our catalogue are made especially on your request and delivery would take longer than usual. Also, delivery may not be possible at a few select locations. Please read the details available on the product page carefully before placing the order.
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays

Tracking

How do I track my Order?

Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details. Please find the list below

I used my tracking number to check the details my shipment but the information is not clear to me.?

• Courier companies use certain standard abbreviations and terminologies. Some of the most commonly used terms are explained below. If it didn't answer your question please call us.

  • In transit    Your order is on its way to your city
  • out for delivery    Your order has reached your city and we will attempt to deliver it today
  • Hold at hub    We tried delivering your order at least once and we will try again in 48 hours
  • RTO in transit    Your order was undelivered and is on its way back to our warehouse.

Cancellation & Refund

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
